You are often able to check in online at the website of the airline or via the airlines' dedicated smartphone app. However, sometimes an airline decides to open check-in only at the airport (eg. due to security measurements).
Flying lowcost (eg. with one of the following airlines Ryanair/Laudamotion, easyJet, Wizz Air, Vueling)? Click here on how to check in online.
Check in online for all other airlines
Online check in is usually available 24 hours up to 3 hours prior to departure. Extra information on online check-in, including check-in time, can be found on your ticket or in MijnTix, and a link to the website of the airline, where the check in needs to be performed is also given.
- To check in online, please use your booking reference or ticket number as stated in our e-mail(s). Multiple booking references? You might need to check-in separately with each operating airline.
- In addition, you need to fill out your last name. Please fill out without any spaces or punctuation marks (as stated on your ticket, see example below de Jong = dejong).
- If your flight is operated by another airline, note that you will be redirected to check in on the website of the operating airline.
After successfully checking in, your boarding pass(es) will be provided. You might be able to send/receive your boarding pass(es) via e-mail. Please print out and/or show them in the app at the airport. The boarding pass(es) are generated after you have checked in and these are provided by the airline. We cannot provide you with your boarding pass(es).
Bringing checked baggage? You can check your bags at the airport, at the dedicated check-in desk of the airline (Baggage drop-off).
Experiencing problems with online check-in? Usually, you are able to check in at the airport as well. Click here for more information.
