Special service - Your inflight requests handled easily

Do you have a special request for inflight services? With our Special Service, we ensure your request is forwarded to the airline. This way, you make your flight just a little more comfortable.

What can you request with this service?

  • Meal preferences
  • Dietary requests (such as vegetarian, gluten-free, or halal – if available)
  • Special assistance, for example medical help or guidance at the airport
  • Frequent flyer details to be added yo your booking

How does it work?

  • Request your Special service on this page and mention the service. 
  • You can submit a request up to 5 days before departure.
  • We forward your request directly to the airline, based upon their approval (and fees, if applicable).
  • Maximum of 2 requests per booking.

Important to know

  • This service is an intermediary service. We handle the request, but the airline decides whether to grant your request.
  • Additional fees charged by the airline are not included and will be billed separately.
  • The airline may change or cancel your request at any time. In that case, our intermediary fees will not be refunded.
