Online check-in is not working?

There can be several reasons. Let us try to help!

  • You are not using the correct booking code
  • The airline requires an extra step, such as creating an account
  • Online check-in is not possible for your flight
  • Online check-in has not yet opened 


Always check our ticket email carefully. Under the heading “All details to (online) check in” you will find most information. 


Promotional fares

Sometimes we inform you via email or a partner that online check-in is not possible, due to promotional restrictions. In that case, you must check in at the airport. If this applies, you will find this information under “All details to (online) check in” in the ticket email. Resend your ticket e-mail on this page.


If online check-in doesn’t work, don’t worry — airport check-in is always possible (sometimes for an extra fee). If in any doubt, please reach out to the airline, as we do not have access to check-in systems from airlines.
